I agree with PointExteriors (Love that pic, bro!) about commercial. Where there’s no gratitude, no freebies. One reason I LOVE residential is the smiles and hugs I get at the conclusion of my work. Yesterday I received a big hug at the end of my first job renewing home and walkway (upsold the driveway because of walkway) and a big smile and gratitude from a man who was delirious that his wife would return from out of town to discover windows in his small mansion that hadn’t ever been that clean.
