Who cares what it looks like? I could see this being very useful for the average truck buyer. A newbie could run a small business out of that thing, it would be sufficient for everything but hauling water.
If they can get the price point and options right, it could be a big hit.
You hit the nail on the head. It’s ugly, but for fleet sales for something like window cleaning companies this is perfect. I’d still take the Ford transit connect over this, but think about a solo small delivery service.
I think you could start a business around this vehicle. But it is ugly. Lol
They aren’t for me. I really want a GMC Canyon Diesel. The fuel mileage is incredible and I think they would be great for pulling a small boat, small lawncare or pressure washing trailer.
Haha. I’m actually thankful that Toyota didn’t bring something similar to market before I got the Tacoma. Would’ve been very tempting. But I honestly couldn’t do what I’m doing with any smaller a truck.
Let me tell you about my temptation. Neighbors father passed away just before Christmas. He is working on the estate and paying off bill’s for his dad. Pops had a 2017 4 door Tacoma, v6, all the goodies with just under 20k miles. Payoff is $15k. Son doesn’t want the truck. Bad thing is it’s 2wd. I kinda want it but saving a little horde away for my mustang.
