So I finally got one. Actually a new contrator friend had a client who asked about pressure washing so he refered her to me. Just want to know if there are any tips or things I should know. Client only asked for house wash initially but might sell her on roof too. Can I wash this roof without a ladder just curious? How much would you guys charge in your area? I know this is a cake job.

What is the sq footage of the house?

Well you need a dedicated Roof System for the roof cleaning. The house should be very easy to clean. If its just you from start to finish shouldn’t take any longer that 1 1/2. If you have a larger unit it should take you less time… If you have any questions just ask away. Thats what the PWRA is all about…

@hero sq footage is 1600.

@arcpm What do you mean dissociated roof system? Can i not just use what I have? Especially this roof. Seems like it wouldn’t be too hard. Im running a 8 gpm 3000.

$589.00 roof only. Yes you can do it from a ladder and some from the ground. Do not use a pressure washer!
