I landed my first set of condos and am starting tomorrow morning. I’m meeting the board president first thing and he seems very helpful in facilitating the job and preparing all the neighbors. Hopefully, I didn’t under bid the job and all goes well. I’m sure I will learn a few things. 30 units…most are doubles and a few quads. The property manager has already mentioned he wanted me to bid on a 72 unit (36 buildings) that he also manages. If all goes well, I may have some extra funds to make the jump to an 8gpm unit Why didn’t I start this business when I was young? I see a few in my near future…for medicinal purposes.

Congrats!
Take your money from this job and dump it into your bank account. On your next cleaning use a deposit to hopefully cover the cost of your equipment. This way you are not out the money and have a bigger machine if you need it.
Always try to get the client to pay for your upgrades before you do the work

Went very well. Thanks. I walked around yesterday with the property manager. He was happy. Many of the residents had emailed the board president stating how nice they thought the condos looked.

Well done! Now offer them a maintenance plan and keep going back! Very rewarding! Keep it up brother!
