Thank you for your input. I was a manager at my last position so I understand full well what it takes and how hard it can be to keep good employees.
I am willing to take on any headache and deal with the administrative drama.
Why are you having a hard time? Is the pay not worth it for the employees? Are they lazy? These are things I have yet to experience as a business owner.
