Well then we must define what mature is. This is something that can be different from culture to culture and could even go as far as being unique to the individual’s own values.
Well this has taken a turn for the worst…
That being said @awesomewash1 i think you may underestimate the pain of hiring employees… especially requesting their own vehicle used to tow trailers… not sure about the economy in your area… bit i just spent all summer trying to hire well above minimum with flexibility.
That being said employees are valuable in all buisnesses and an important part of growth, just make sure you are ready for the headaches as well.
