Very common driveway oil stains. We have tried all of the following per chemical instructions. We have adjusted dwell times and dilution ratios to the full spectrum. We are using a HOT 7gpm 4000psi unit. We have tried Brush OFF, Dynamite, Eat Oils, and Enviro Bio Cleaner. We have had very little success with all of our attempts. Many HOA’s are fining their residents in our area until they get this problem resolved so the pressure is on us. Any help would be greatly appreciated that wont damage the cream.
