Will a 2.1 downstream injector work on a 2.5 gpm 3200 psi pressure washer. I can"t get the injector to pull soap. Should I use a 1.8 instead?

If not smaller. I was using a 1.8 with my 5.5gpm when I wanted a stronger mix.
