Wow that’s a tiny fine for doing something so irresponsible, can’t believe they were supposed to sandblast it , I would have thought sandblasting would have been harder to encapsulate and recover …
How long has lead paint been illegal? Decades? Hard to imagine any leaded paint left on curbs.
Lead paint or not they still would of been burned.
