Everyday I find another service offered to pressure washers, from pressure washers to profit from said pressure washers.
It’s bad enough you have orgs like PWNA, UAMCC and the PWU.
But now I’m supposed to give my $$$ for leads to another washer? You didn’t feel you earned enough so you started another business or “passion” and now I’m gonna pay you so you can make my business more successful!? No thanks glad everybody has social media nowadays let’s you detect clowns in real life.

But they all wear shiny shirts and speak with such professionalism and have such an online presence. Surely they know what they’re talking about and aren’t trying to take food out of our mouths so they feed the organizations that make them money 
I was actually talking about a service highly reccomended on this forum. But I’m not naming names because it’s been stated that the “pros” who all invented something in this industry use ghost accounts on forums and fb forums to promote products and services and gain feedback.

So Mr. Pipeline has about 5-6 years under his belt pressure washing as this catchy name
Power clean pressure washing and even promoted his own pressure washing business on the Mr pipeline Facebook to show how many reviews he had to get you to sign up for his service Not yours, not one of their customers who also has 500 reviews. HIS
So how much do yal pay for his service? 
99 dollars a month to manage my website. He told me he grew up in this industry. so far I haven’t had any issues with them. I don’t know how nor do I want to manage my website so it’s worth it to me.
Sounds like you have some hostility towards them. I’m sure you have your reasons. Outside of Mr. Pipeline as a company, SEO and adwords work. Whoever you decide to pay is up to you. There’s probably 100s of thousands of different companies and people that offer this service. Im currently using them and overall I do t have any complaints. However I’ll likely be switching to a local company in my BNI group when my contract is up if he can match the rate. I’d like to give him a shot since it’s more likely he will support my business with referrals outside of SEO & adwords

I have been using them for Google Adwords. Ready for that contract to be over. I have a way better return doing my own stuff on Facebook.

Seems to me he saw there was more $$$ in AdWords and advertising leads SEO etc and kept pw as a side gig. Notice his pw business name is set up alone for a high SEO. Just because you’re in it doesn’t mean you enjoy it. No I don’t use his service nor can I vouch for his leads. But it seemed If he really cared about it he would promote one of yal and not himself just my .02 though.
I’ve never heard of Mr pipe guy but I would never pay anything to market, answer the phone, or have any dealing with any business I own.
I also am against products with the name agent in them, and the two name brand chemical co.s we use owners and creators also leave little to be desired how much they advertise they’re work and products… again just my .02
For me, as a local pressure washing business I could care less about his rankings in his city. As long as mine are improving in my city is all I care about. If I was a competitor of his in his city I would be stupid to use the marketing services.

$99 a month to “manage” a website?
I honestly do not understand what “manage” a site means? Are you talking about hosting it?
Website 101 -
- Build a website ( you can use squarespace, wix, etc)
- Purchase a domain (mine was like $10/year)
- Put online ( I use squarespace which is like $15/month).
All in, it is $10 annually and $15 a month. Nothing to “manage”. With squarespace I can change on the fly for free and it is easy.

He shouldn’t in good conscience offer to anybody in his city unless he knows in his heart he’s not taking food out of someone who needs it’s mouth.
I tried and had things so jacked up. It’s been worth it to me. I just send them pictures and any changes I want made. But, I’m getting to the point that if I could figure out how to do it and just leave it alone I’d be fine. I’m not there yet but close. I’m focusing more on commercial. Google brings in residential for cash flow but Property management companies bring in consistency. I’m not trying to work my self to death or make a killing I’m just trying to make a living put a little back for retirement and live as stress free as possible with a schedule that’ll let me be off when I want to. my ideal schedule is get up around 430 go wash a couple of Sidewalks making 400 to 500 be back home by 9AM to work around the house or go fishing or hunting or whatever.

Sounds like my plan. $500 a day, 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year = $125,000. Not a bad living.
