Does Elemonator Separate/Settle?

When mixing and storing large batches, have you guys ever encountered Elemonator separating and getting thick at the bottom of the tank? Just started doing large batches and I’m not sure if I need to mix it up each time I use it. Thanks!

From my experience, elemonator is good at staying suspended in solution.

The scent additive I just bought on the other hand, seems to be a different story. I really think I’m going to finally get that dual barb injector I keep talking about, so my soap and scent can just get a good shake at the beginning of each job.

Will be interesting to hear how that works out. It doesn’t take much scent for a strong smell so you might just have to use one of these inline.

I imagine I’ll need to use one of the smaller proportioning tips

You will I plan to go duel barb as well. If it is too much of an issue then I’ll resort to batch mixing. The proportioners are needed for the the soap. I plan to mix my scent into my soap.

What’s that?

Where you slam on the brakes and the tank sloshes everywhere lol. It was a joke but probably would be a good way to mix it up :joy:
