Some ■■■■■■■ in new york lobbied a bunch of confusing laws and then quit his job and now is an adviser for those wishing to participate in bitcoin. He created his own job and pulled a fast one over on a few businesses that would have otherwise been great for bitcoin.

Its all good until the government says it not. When they decide it is a real threat they will shut it down. Governments tend to not like it when you make up your own currency. In the other hand maybe they just decide they like the idea and just make their own version… I got into the craze several years ago. Ramped up the computers spent tons of money on graphic cards to minecoins with. Spent so many hours until I couldn’t see straight. By the time it was all said in done I Almost broke even not including my time. I still have about an eighth of a bitcoin left but I can’t find my password and wallet number. I also have a bunch of other cripto coins that are worthless. Not only that its all on computer where the government’s can track you. Just ask all the crooks who thought they were rich until they got arrested and thrown in jail… Its a great way for the government to keep dibbs on the black market.

I see courses offered all the time on being a miner. Of course they talk about how profitable it is, lol. In 2 years every yahoo in the world going to be mining.

It was semi profitable back in the day, but not in the sense that it is today. Now you will be getting about the same return as if you were to invest cash into bitcoin. I know a guy that had a bedroom full of miners. I have no idea if he held onto his coins or not, but if he did he is filthy rich now.

I wish I would have invested :frowning: I also wish I would have invested in 3d printing. Still can though, wait until they can 3d print organs for medical. It’s good to jump in on it now. Also, anything amazon is a safe bet.

Just the other day I bought a few bucks of IOTA, we’ll see where it goes from here

I don’t trust it yet. I’m gonna short it when I see 4 straight days of decline. In 90 days after it falls to pieces I’ll hop in if the govt hadn’t decided to take the reigns of something they have no business being in. Again.

Canada is set to legalize marijuana in 2018. Last year, I dumped a pile of money into Canadian medical cannabis companies who show interest or are already dipping their toes in the recreational markets. So far it’s climbed as high as giraffe boobs, but not nearly as high as the partakers of the devil’s lettuce. image

The one and only time I ever bought stocks of anything was Kmart because they were getting craftsman tools. I think we all know how that worked out. I still have a box of tools and no where to return them

Isnt Lowe’s picking up craftsman?

ACE carries them now. Bought a 3/8” drive T handle spinner for my kid brother the other day.

I’ll check ace. Not in Lowes around here

If your not investing get in the game this is going to change the way we spend money. I’m currently mining multiple currencies and invested in about ten.

What other coins are you mining?

Bytecoin, Monero and Litecoin. Ant miners will get you coin a week minimum depending on your internet connection for litecoin.

wow man, thats impressive. you got any BC?

I have a couple bits stashed away.

So, not knowing what a bit coin is, I looked it up. I’m still confused. I’ve done some panning in the NC mountains and have a dredge about halfway built but this apoears to be all computer related and not gold or silver.
