Does anyone out there have any experience getting on a vendors list for a Property Management Company?
I have managed to get on a few usually from face 2 face meeting or referral but before I start walking into leasing offices and asking for the PM I was wondering if you guys have any good ideas.
Email/Email… Property managers are busy, they are looking for convenience…To them anyone can power wash or wash windows. They want convenience. Sell your convenience… Quotes in 24 hrs… no money up-front… email invoice after job is complete… Net 30 or Net 60 billing. That is what they are looking for.
We do work for 4 of the largest property management companies in our area, and over the last year I’ve realized they are more concerned with convenience, and reliability…then price.
