I would love to see this particular document updated and expanded. Maybe another document created for common equipment issues, common customer objections (along with overcoming them), etc.
IMHO… While many of the downloadable resources are helpful, they seem to need more breadth and depth.
I too would like to see a more expanded and comprehensive cheat sheet of sorts for all the problems we commonly face in the business.
I would be happy to compile and edit for the group but would need to rely on the Vets of the industry for the applicable content.
