Commercial bid help - will this dirt come out with 2% SH?

I was asked to bid this commercial building. It looks like stucco outside with just cobwebs and some areas with dirt. Not sure if my downstreamed 2% SH with “Cling-On” surfactant will do the job. What do you think?

Also, how much would you bid the place for? Here’s a pic of the outside:

How do you manage to ds 2%?
Also when you figure your quote keep in mind this will probably have to be washed when it’s closed, weekend/night.

I use a GP High Draw Kit that draws about 20% roughly from a 12% SH and Cling On mixed bottle. That leads to roughly 2% mix. (Here’s the link to the GP high draw: GP High Draw Injector Kit - Pressure Tek )
Good point about working weekend.

What gpm pressure washer are you using and do you undersize the dsi?

Probably not, especially with an 8gpm. On a good, warm day mine hits at about .8%. You’re gonna want to use a 12v for that.

Also I hope those green roofs aren’t copper.

Bucket test time!..lol

Those roofs aren’t copper, just painted metal.
Also, the washer I’m using is a 4200 psi 4 gpm with 100 ft of hose. I have both the 3-5 GPM part and the 2-3 GPM part, so i figure if I use the 2-3 I’ll get a higher draw than the 10:1.

I have an electric My4Sons backpack sprayer that i could shoot straight 12% SH and Cling-On to those dirty areas. Should I do that instead? How much dwell time should I leave it on there for?

Here’s another pic of the kind of dirt I’m up against.

1%-2% will take care of that no problem. Don’t shoot straight sh on anything ever. I’ve never done really needed for go higher than 3-4.

Thanks mwpws! How long do you usually leave that 1-2% solution?

As long as it takes to clean. 5-10 min maybe, idk

just keep a pump sprayer / ladder as a backup. if you don’t have a 12v
