Check my pricing?

Hey all. New guy here. I just quoted a decent size gas station, convienience store, carwash and was wondering what you all thought about my pricing. Thanks!

Oil digester? Do you mean degreaser?

I use the bt200 from eatsoils which actually digests the oil. I put it down 24 hours before i do a fuel pad and then use either purple power or ebc when i clean it.

How can you seal it cheaper than clean it.

I should be more clear on that. The client knew what area was to be sealed. it is approximately 950 sqft that will be sealed.

over 6000 sqft to be cleaned. I just noticed that my estimate app did not show my price per sqft. I got the contract. Thanks

Of course you got the contract! Any time you price a job at a loss you’re gonna get the contract! No offense intended, by the way…You might have gotten much more helpful input if you had includef the square footage in your original post. I don’t know about your specific area, but I believe the average price for cleaning and sealing is between .75 and 1.50 per square foot. I don’t remember your exact bid, as it doesn’t seem to be showing up since they switched away from the app, but wasn’t it around $375 for the sealing?..WAY too low, sorry to tell you.

I assure you this was no where near a “loss”. My asking questions here would hopefully elude to more business intelligence on my behalf then that… I apologize for missing the square footage in my original post, but if you were to read the post directly above yours you would see that the sealing area was ~950sqft which comes out to $0.37/sqft which is still a $0.17/sqft profit using radonseal I did this service at a low cost because I already got paid to clean the surface, and it provided a “bonus” for the customer that got me the twice a month contract. Thanks anyways…
