This last house was also a Hamptons house where this Chef is pretty well known. We did this house Nov 2011. This house pictures are misleading. This house was pretty big. It just kept going and going.
So basically the trick to do these houses is wet the house and everything around it. Spray the stripper on either by a dedicated pump such as a surflo pump or X-jet if you can. Then wet everything again except for the siding. Rinse the windows, landscaping and then start to Powerwash the house top down. Do not let the stripper dry on the house so work away from the house and mist the wood if need be to keep it wet. Finish powerwashing the side of the house. Do another side and keep doing that when done.
Now for the fun partā Go back to the side of the house you started and then if its still wet spray on the stripper. Watch the house brighten before your eyes. Rinse everything around you such as landscaping and windows. Do this to all sides of the house then go back around and rinse the house fast along with the landscapingā¦then DONE!!
Your customer will be happy as heck on the job you did. If you get to seal it even better.
