Can’t get dark mildew off brick

Previously painted brick which needed some cleaning. I treated with 4% housewash using xjet. Dwelled, hit again, dwelled then rinsed. Some cleaned up while some didn’t. Moved up to 6% on stubborn areas and repeated. Didn’t want to use too much pressure due to paint. Any ideas?

I know it’s rust in a few spots, but looking for help on the top part of the building. Thanks

Pump up sprayer or 12 v.

Hit it with a stronger mix and work your way up if needed. SH wont hurt the brick but will the grass.

For the rust use OX or F9 Barc.

Used 12.5 mixed 50/50 in pump sprayer, I need to go stronger than that? Straight SH maybe?

I have had to go straight before. Assuming you are letting it dwell 10-15 minutes and still do dice, then keep upping the SH. Might throw in some Sodium Hyroxide in the mix but be careful of window frames, door frames,e tc.

Appreciate it

Close examination it was all just rust around the top. Metal fasteners used to secure Christmas lights and over years they created the staining. Didn’t get a good result so taking the building wash off the invoice.

Props to you.
