What chemicals should I use on this brick work? Will use x - jet to apply sh to get rid of organic growth. Any idea what the white stuff could be? Will leave some photos below. TIA

Salt leaching out the bricks where damps present it’s usual below dpc, the damps bridged from the steps that will always be a problem there but that corner is way to high it doesn’t go past 1.2m due to gravity pulling the water back down, definitely needs investigating on that corner I’d be looking above for a problem, can’t really do much cleaning wise stiff brush to knock the salt dust off, don’t promise the customer to much as they’ll be ringing you again in couple of months
