Boom lift necessary? Or just bleach with my 12v system?

Hi all,

Just got called to bid on a project. Nothing I haven’t done before just on a larger scale and a bit higher up. Looking to get opinions on if you would use a boom lift to get the top of these brick areas/cement or just bleach it out with a high concentration mix. Yes I’m insured.

Thanks.

No need for a lift

You’d just apply a 3-4% mix and rinse? That’s what I’m thinking.

Yeah. Its only 2 stories. I would start with 2% and go from there

Two story tips for application and rinse. You can get them at Lowe’s. Blue and pink tip.

Yeah no. Not gonna get concrete clean with downstreamed bleach and no pressure.

Im thinking you MIGHT get it but the time you spend with a shooter tip trying will eat you up. Maybe with a long extension you can stay on the ground, but Id try for the lift if possible

Wouldn’t be using a shooter tip. Would apply with a 12v pump and hopefully it would just rinse off.

I wouldnt even bid the job with that plan but thats just me

Well turns out I’ll be able to get an atrium lift in through the courtyard. But if your plan would be to use a shooter tip to high pressure wash concrete that’s 30 feet above your head then yeah, you definitely shouldn’t bid the job.
