Blue stone help needed

Hey guys have a client that has blue stone patio, she is asking me about a ph neutral detergent, I have done a lot of work for her and she knows what we use (bleach). She said blue stone is very poreous she didn’t know about bleach in it. This is my first blue stone patio sold I told her I would do some research and get back to her. What do y’all think or suggest?

all I know is, Blue stone will etch very easily! It’s very soft…

Even a soft wash j rod will mark it…
DONT USE A SURFACE CLEANER ON IT

Do a test spot on the edge of the stone patio in an inconspicuous spot

Thanks will do, she has a spare square she said I can use to test on.

You could also look up the people that actually made the tiles. They may have cleaning instructions and how to maintain them like Trex decking and most siding companies have. What to use and what not to use. Ect.

I have cleaned it using SH pre-treat and a surface cleaner with no issues but I can’t tell you it will be the same for you. That’s probably not very helpful, just my experience with it.
