We have to price this building. Exactly as you see here, never any higher, so easy lift work. The fins are deeply recessed, so taking them into account, we have 24,184 square feet of precast concrete to wash. Your thoughts on pricing?
Tough to say without seeing the whole thing. I don’t think your going to able to soft wash it.
Probably going to have to get up close and personal with it.
What size machine do you have ?
2 8gpm machines and a lift will still take 2-3 days
Are the streaks under each window and on the fins caused from something specific. Just seems like an odd consistant pattern. Are we looking at oxidation?
9gpm and 5 gpm are our biggest
If it’s concrete like you said . Spray it with 6 percent SH before you start washing it with medium pressure. High pressure is not needed.
I would start one person working high and one working low . It’s not going to be quick either way but it should pay well.
Thanks! Ball park price?
$3500 and up depending on what you need to make and how competitive your market is
I would be @$3500 with a budget of $800 for the lift. 2 days to complete. estimate 100-150 gallons of SH cost me .95cents a gallon. I don’t know what it cost you
Thanks!
Wish I could get SH that cheap!
