Best way to introduce yourself for new companies?

Hi guys.
Whats your method to contact and introduce yourself for a new company?
I thought i will email property management companies, stores and so on and introduce my self for them (explain what i do and what services i have).
But i wonder isn’t a phone call better? Maybe go in and speak with them face to face?
I would like some tips from you.

I prefer face to face.

Face to face! Order a thousand business cards, printed front and back. Give one to any person you talk to that you don’t already know. Create a two-sentence pitch and keep it short. Something like “Hello, my name is Sadiir. I run a new pressure washing service in town, please check out the website on this card for our June specials!”. Hand one out to the person behind you in every line you get in. Every cashier, every bank teller, every hair dresser, every time. It’ll eventually catch, you’ll get some jobs, and then grow from there. I haven’t been on a job yet without giving an estimate later to a passerby or neighbor, and 75% of those have closed

Every month is a special when starting out lol. When I first started my specials lasted 2 years before I sharpened it up a bit.

Ain’t that the truth. My April had a 10% Spring Special, May was a 10% package special, June has a 10% Summer special, all built in. Even if they don’t know about it from the website, I give it to them after the wash is done. Everybody likes a discount, even moreso when it surprises them. But I never use it as a way to “save” a sale, that’s only admitting you could do it cheaper in their eyes

100% agree. It’s a battle of the minds.

I’m going to have to remember that if I get repeat customers…

“I thought that was a one time discount?? You gave me the same discount last year!”
Whoops
