Ballpark price?

Quoting the largest residential job ive had yet. Just curious what kind of ballpark price you guys would be at for 7,000 sq ft residential flat work. A landscape guy is subbing this out to me, They want it power washed and sealed. Im seeing quite a bit of moss growing up in the cracks in some areas as well. Any info is much appreciated.

Thank you!

Have you sealed pavers before?

Clean it then treat it with ortho complete vegetation killer . Not round up . Wait several days before sanding and sealing. I would be between $5-$7 thousand

Aren’t they mainly glyphosate? They’re trying to ban it next county over, stating it’s contributing to green/red algae

Depends on whether it needs re-sanding and what type of sealer. If it does then close to $1 per sq ft for everything. Any decent sealer you’re going to have about $.25 per foot in just that alone for materials.

I honestly don’t know what’s in it. I use it because it the only thing I’ve found that works.
We have to warranty our work and round up let me down a few times. Ended up resanding and sealing a few decks .

Yeah I did a driveway earlier this year. It was a wash, re-sand (polymeric), and then seal. It was a couple thousand sq ft. This one is much much larger, but I also don’t think this one is going to need much of a re-sanding. And it wouldn’t be polymeric sand for this one, just a regular type of filler sand, if i’m not mistaken. I’ve only done that one driveway before so I still have a lot to learn regarding sanding
