Ball valve deck wash

I started with 2.8 gpm Simpson, I have stepped up to 4 3500 Unit and yes I agree this is where I should have started. But I started where I could and have built up, it is what it is. My next upgrade will be 8 gpm. But anyway. I broke down and got a ball valve and I was impressed. I can get 3000 psi or 1000 psi very easily, yes I did use a gauge.

The pics are my first deck wash with it. imageimageimageimageimageimageimageimageimage

I also sold a drive cleaning. I’m no speed demon but I’m a money maker.

Nicely done. That 4 gpm 3500 will be a good workhorse for you. Can do pretty much everything with it. Just going to be a little slower doing concrete and rinsing. Get you a M5DS nozzle the appropriate size and you’ll be rockin.

I just ordered a m5ds and m5xjet. Too bad they won’t be here by Wednesday morning. I ha e a big church parking lot to clean. I will just pre treat with pump up sprayer Lol.

4 3500 Unit slower on rinsing and flatwork. Lol. I started out with 2.8 3200 Unit. Lol. Very slow.

Do you have a ds injector?

Yes it’s at the end of my whip line just before hose reel

Then just use your ball valve to pretreat, can’t turn the pressure up much with it or ds won’t work. What I use 95% of the time. Just open it all the way up and then shut it off enough where it’s shooting about 7-8’. Long as it’s pulling soap you’re golden.
