I may want to look at a backup camera for my enclosed trailer so I don’t smack into landscaping, etc.

Any decent ones out there that actually work?

I know a guy who got an endoscope camera for 15 bucks and just plugs it into his cell phone when he needs to back up. Something like this:

I thought that was pretty clever.

I saw some solar license plate holder ones at Costco. No wires at all. I’m curious how those work.

I never even considered trying the endoscope for a backup camera. I bought one a few years back when we had septic tank issues. It worked great for that. It just sits on a shelf now so maybe I’ll throw it on the truck to make it easier to hook the trailer up. Thanks for the tip.

Probably Bluetooth through an app on the phone or a software package for an info-tainment system.

I looked at thise Bluetooth cameras but they don’t seem to work that far away, blocked by a metal enclosed trailer like mine.
