Does anyone use an automated follow up system to get missed jobs or jobs not scheduled yet?

I use Customer Factor and it sends an email follow-up 3 days after my estimate goes out. I’ve landed tons of jobs from it. One of the best features.

Yes, I customized a two way texting and email autoresponse automation platform to create text message and email campaigns specifically for power washing that automatically nurtures leads for 30 days+ until they schedule a job or ask for a quote.
I saw a study that 80% of sales happen b/t the 5th and 12th contact and I’ve automated the 90% of reaching out to leads I generate. I get a text when someone replies to the automation and I just give them a call or text them back. I learned NO ONE checks email, 95% of text messages are opened in the first 5 minutes though.

If people are expecting an estimate emailed to them 99.9% of people open it.

Yes 100% agree, but it’s even better if you can shoot them a text letting them know it’s in their inbox… and even better to have the text go out automatically
Customer Factor has automated texts. Definitely more people view their texts than emails. I use only emails for estimates and invoices and even general contact with my customers. I try to never talk to them. 
I have very few who even contact me by phone once they get email estimates. It’s nicer for me because I don’t have time to call everyone back. I have 4 young children and have to make most phone calls outside or hiding under a rock so they don’t cry, whine, yell or throw up into my phone.
