My question would be…what is the desired effect you’re looking for? How old is the asphalt? We’ve done post construction clean up on new asphalt parking lots. Ball valve wash downs.

High pressure and hot water will damage an asphalt driveway. I learned that removing some overspray from a Wagner sprayer.
