Are 90° angles restrictive to flow?

As we are planning to mount the machines this week we are trying to figure out piping options from our ibc tote. With it being and open bed build i would like to have it as organized as possible which pushes me torward pvc piping as much as we can (i know we will have to do spa hose at some point to the machine. My question is how restrictive would 90* angles be for water flow?? The tank is pretty much centered on our truck. I would like to come out of the ibc tote with a 90* and directly to the floor so it sits flush then lead it to a double wye fitting (2 for machine feeding and 1 for a tank drain) a complete setup would consist of probably 3-4 90* angles then lead to a nipple for spa hose to connect and go to washers. Will i have an issue with water flow with so many angles? Have any of you guys done complete pvc and ran into issues?

Ill check that out when i get back home thanks! Also, speaking to lori at PWP, she recommended 1” id plumbing for 8gpm machines. Since we will be feeding out of the same plumbing for 2 8gpm machines should we use 2” or will 1.5” be adaquate?

I use 2" up to strainer then 1.5" to machine.
On the 4gpm i use 1 from the y split.
1" will give you 20gpm
1.5 …45gpm
2…80
Once you split it will be half
1.5 should do it.

So 2" all the way till you split it and then 1.5 to machine is what i would do, dont know about the other guys

Alright. We will have to do a 3” to 2” fernco coming out of the tank to pvc then

Doesnt hurt to be bigger.
Better flow

How did you run out of tank? Fernco? Ibc has a weird thread and have never found a piece to fit it

That coupler i bought from the guy who sold me the tote.
I
But i am sure you xan get it from NT ir tractor supply too. The pvc is from HD and Lowes

If by Fernco, no idea what that us i had to google it, you mean the rubber tubing, i dont use them

looks like you did hard pvc all the way into machine? No flex pipe/spa hose?

no only pvc to the split, look again… I use 2"hose
