Another Website Review Post

Happy Friday guys, take a look if you get the chance and let me know what you think.
www.dunriteproservices.com . I also own www.clean704.com (thanks @SchertzServicesLLC) which redirects and may end up making that the primary domain. Need to figure out which would work better for SEO purposes.

Thanks!

Like it a whole lot. Might be one of my favorite website setups i’ve seen in a while. Super clean, really user friendly, and not overkill on the content. I’m not the biggest fan of the name “Dun Rite Pro Services”, but other than that I really like it. Nice work.

Thanks man. The name has a bit of a back story as the Dun-Rite brand has been around in my small town for almost a century. I branched off of a family business of cleaning services and I plan to buy out my uncle’s successful carpet cleaning business at some point in the future. Name is too generic for most areas but it was hard to pass up the established reputation and goodwill in our community.

Great site very clean and thought out. Only thing I would maybe add is a gallery page?

Your area is weak in pressure washing competition, ranking #1 should be easy but…

Your homepage needs a lot more content, at least 1,000 words of relevant information using keywords.

Also need to work on your meta tags and descriptions.

A few simple things and you’ll rank #1

Thanks. Maybe I’ll try adding an additional strip/paragraph with basic services, scopes, description or something. Been working on all the content and layout so haven’t had a chance to really dive into the SEO yet but that’s next on my list.

Shouldn’t the box say “Call now for a professional quality cleaning”…rather than for a professional quality clean?

Good call @CaCO3Girl. I’ve stared at it for so long that I knew there would be something simple I overlooked.

I’m having my website redesigned. All opinions; suggested changes, ect are welcome !

Are you redesigning it yourself or having a company do it?

Also how has your current site been ranking for you?

I’m having someone else do it for me. I told them what i wanted and they have delivered. I still need some professional photos taken of myself and my rig whenever that comes to put in the background instead of the logo all over the places but thats down the road.

My website traffic is mostly generated from ads. Ranking hasn’t been the best in my opinion, but then again my first website i did everything by myself. This person is just re designing my current website which is Summitwashproskc.com

That’s sweet. I really like the before and after sliders you have. I’m glad I a pretty saturated market so I’m having a professional company manage my SEO and website, waiting to post it here until the do a cpl changes

Looks really great - i’m in the process of redesigning my website as well and i’ve been asking a ton of my previous customers what they look for/like/don’t like when going to a service businesses/small business website. Almost every single one of them mentioned they really like seeing “pictures of the owner” - I think with the negative stereotypes service businesses have (late, sloppy, no show, unprofessional) seeing a bunch of pictures of the owner atleast gives them peace of mind that there’s a real human who they now “know”; Makes it more personal before they contact you which increases the chances of converting the client (atleast that’s what i tell myself. lol) - Maybe throw a couple pictures of yourself on the home page near the “4+ years” spot? EIther way, the website looks awesome.

Thanks. I plan to have some professional photos taken of me staging a meeting with customers and also me with my work truck (though that’s down the road and my next build… moved away from enclosed after seeing @TexasPressureWashing truck build.

The website I’m trying to shadow in terms of style but not copy is

Most of the background images would be replaced with positive photos of me and customers and work truck. As far as the slider goes, that will eventually be replaced with a Slower motion video that shows me pulling up in a nice work truck, talking to customers, washing a house, and showing me doing my services.

Ofcourse all optimized for speed so the customer doesn’t have to wait on load times. But just getting some opinions. I have bluehost currently but I want better site speeds and siteground has been praised by a lot of site owners

I am cleaning my parents house this weekend and gonna get them to take some good shots of me doing the roof and driveway. I added a picture of me to my Facebook ads and it cut my lead costs down by like $5
