Air bubbles going into pump

When I empty my tank and fill it back up and turn the engine on, I see some air bubbles go into the pump intermittently at first. It stops within a few seconds though. Is this normal? Will it hurt my machine?
Here’s a picture of my set up.

I’m looking for the same answer. Anyone?

That’s fine. Maybe just empty the tank 90% so you don’t lose prime. Just always leave some water in the tank.

I placed my 65 gallon tank on 2x4s to raise it a slight bit. After it is primed the flow regulates and the bubble disappear.
