30,000 sq. ft. flatwork commercial job for a property management company. We have never bid on anything this large before - looking for assistance pricing.
What do you usually charge per sq. ft. on jobs of this scale? Surfaces are not very dirty.
You really need to post pictures and explain more about the job. Is it just dirty or does it have oil, gun, rust, etc? How’s drainage? Is there a water hookup nearby or do you have to get a hydrant meter? Will you be fighting vehicles coming and going? There are a lot of variables. Prices vary from state to state and even city to city. Maybe if you give your usual per square foot concrete rate someone can tell you how much less you should be at. Then again, you didn’t give much info about the job. Nobody can really help without a lot more info.
Thank you for the feedback… Water hookups are accessible for all 30k sq. ft.
No traffic.
No oil stains, only mold and mildew.
Fairly straight forward job for us… We usually price between .08-.12/sq. ft. for most commercial work. Just wanted to see how much that varies for a job of this size.
