2 Questions :)

  1. Do any of you guys know if there’s a tile roofing organization similar to the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturer’s Association? I’m trying to find some kind of official documentation stating that soft washing is better for tile roofs than pressure washing.

  2. A competitor in my area pushes a maintenance service for roofs. A year or so after the initial clean he’ll return and simply downstream SH at a greatly reduced price. Is there any evidence that this keeps the roof clean? Any of you guys do anything similar? Thanks!

There is the FSRA for tile but they are not big fans of sh so you won’t get any help from them. The maintenance part cb be done with. Number of things roof a cide uses copper sulfate moisture there is liquid zinc. Each will prolong mildew growth with out the use of sh

Dave,

I may be in the early stage of Alzheimer’s, but I do not understand your post. SH does not clean, only kills mold/mildew or possibly other stuff in Fl. Soap cleans, add it to the mix as well as a surfactant. Easy. And an inexpensive service.

If you have a better process/service, kindly share.

You are correct I was answering the original question
