White Vinyl fence. Black scuff marks

What do you guys do with these marks. I know those white Mr. Clean pads work , an o don’t mind breaking one out for minimal marks . I have a job next week with lots of scuff marks . Is there a better option. Need something simple for this guy , or he is getting charged more Like maybe 409 or something ?
