What to use to clean a deck & not strip the stain

What kind of cleaner would you use to clean and not strip the old sealer.
I am just starting on decks thanks a lot

Sodium hypochlorite (bleach) diluted with water down to 1.5% with a few squirts of soap (dawn dish detergent is fine) per gallon of mix. Apply directly to all wood and lightly pressure wash.

I used 12% sh 1 gal to 1 1/2 water eliminater 5oz with a 10 to 1 injector
It left alot of fuzzes. Was that to much
Thanks for the help

Too much of 1 or possibly 2 things. If you are just cleaning wood, 1.5% SH on the wood is enough. Too much will break down the surface lignin which holds the wood fibers intact. Don’t care to have a clue as to injectors, “eliminator”, or other pressure washing stuff. For 13 yrs., we’ve only worked on exterior wood.

If you did not use too much of a concentration of SH on the wood, or if you did, you probably used way too much water pressure “cleaning” the wood. Wood is not vinyl siding or asphalt shingle roofs. All you are doing with wood is killing mold/mildew with the SH, helping “lift” dirt with the soap. and just rinsing off. For wood, a PW is just a glorified easy scrub brush and efficient rinsing machine. And if the wood was a softwood, ie: pressure treated Southern Yellow Pine, Cedars, etc., you just beat it up. Use a sander with 60 grit to remove the fuzzies.
