It’s ALUCOBOND. It’s an aluminum/polymer mix. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s anything other than ALUCOBOND. For very specific details on how to clean it call the manufacturer.

You may get some oldheads that give you some concoction to clean it, but I wouldn’t bet my unblemished insurance record or local reputation on anything except what the manufacturer has designed for it.
If I were asked to estimate cleaning it, I’d be very clear with the business that they’re going to pay a premium for the manufacturer designed chemicals, but if they want to go with a lower priced estimate they should consider banking what they save on me for when the stuff has to get replaced and it disrupts business while they wait on an insurance claim to pay out.
