I purchased (2) extra 100ft BE pressure hoses with quick connects from PWD back in February (we didnt start using them until april). This past weekend we were doing a surface cleaning job at a local hotel when one of the hoses split/popped right down the side. I figured freak accident maybe it was cut or burned at some point making it week. Just got done with another residential job and the 2nd hose did the EXACT same thing. Called PWD and BE and both have told me 90 day warranty and there is nothing they can do… Lesson learned. Wont be ordering from BE again.
