Had someone pull over and come talk to me about a job while I was on a house wash job today. They said they need cement walls cleaned and surface cleaning for these ponds in In a neighborhood that are being re painted or something. Rust removal and all sorts of stuff. But they said no chemical use cause fear of hurting fish / wildlife. I said it probably wouldn’t affect anything on that small of a ratio especially since these are retention ponds and they are filled with way worse. but what do I know

You are probably right but if anything dies, you are going to own it. I would tell them thanks for the offer but maybe they should try and find someone else.

Look into weatherzyme. I do government jobs here and there where they dont allow any chems to be used. Also explain to them and put it in writing that without chems you can only get the surface so clean without damaging it or leaving stripes.
