Tips for improving speed

I am looking to improve my speed when it comes to washing houses. Apart from GPM, what are your biggest tips for decreasing the amount of time spent on the property.

What are u using now?

10 gpm first and formost !!

electric reels

downstreaming

electric direct spray pumps instead of pump ups

organize trailer that has a spot for everthing so you do not waiste time looking for crap.

two of everything so when you brake something like pop a pressure hose just swicth to the second reel,

two machines so when one blows a belt you just swicth to the second machine

roof pump for large flat surface

learning how to park so you are in the best postion to access the trailer

Thanks, I am working on the two of everything, just can’t seem to decide if it is better to get one 8gpm to go along with my 3.5gpm or get two 4gpm belt drive machines.

If I get the two belt drive machines they would be lower gpm but I would have 3 machines that could do the job. Pretty solid backup

GPM is the first and foremost most important thing in speeding up the job process, the larger the better. BUt after a 10gpm you have to switch to 1/2 inch hose and that sucks.
