Surface cleaners on seal coated parking lots?

Ive been thinking about pitching the idea of drive-thru cleaning to local banks and restaurants after driving around and seeing TONS of oil stains all over at these commercial places. The only issue i forsee is the fact that 99% of these drive-thrus are seal coated. What type of chemicals do i have to choose from that will remove the stains but not harm the seal coat? We have never had a use for surface cleaners in the past (any ground work we do we use the regular washers and havent had any issues) but i feel like this would be a great up sell and a good way to get our foot in the door with a lot of new clients!
