The question is regarding cleaning roofs. How many of you try to do all your work from the ground or standing on a ladder? How many of you walk the roof to clean it? I’m going to start roof cleaning this year and have no experience with washing them yet. I know as I get that experience there will be time I probably have to both get on the roof or just get on the ladder. Anyways just wanting a starting point.
Both have dangers but a ladder properly positioned and footed overall would be safer. But there are always exceptions. Just be CAREFUL and avoid doing something that makes you uncomfortable or doesn’t pass common sense safety.
A roof with hardly any pitch is pretty easy to walk

Sometimes you just gotta get on the roof. Get a pair of cougar paws shoes, and walk up the valley as much as possible.
