Setting up a 'Whole House' pressure washer

Hello,

I’m looking to buy a 240v cold pressure washer for home use… probably something along the lines of 3000psi/3GPM.

Ideally, I would garage or utility room mount it, and run some some sort of permanent pipe to the other end of the house, deck, etc… then attach pressure hose, as needed. This would save the hassle of having to lug around and setup the pressure washer each time I want to spray down the deck, etc.

Overall, I would have areas to pressure wash in the 175-350’ distance from the pressure washer.

  1. Is some sort of a fixed piping system (internal to the house) possible at this pressures?
  2. Thoughts on running 175-350’ of pressure line or hose? I’m not sure if 1/2" is available and/or other issues I might encounter.
  3. Any other recommendations?

Thanks!
Ross

Don’t know about the piping but just remember to winterize the whole system if your area gets below freezing.
