Has anyone ever treated a rust stain only to find out it wasn’t rust? I cleaned a concrete driveway last week and when I was finished discovered a rust stain about the size of a business card. I applied the usual rust destroyer tht I use and instead of the stain fading and disappearing, it turned black as coal and now I cant seem to do anything with it.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
