Hey everyone I have a cat pump 4hp40g1 it’s holding 3200 psi but when you squeeze the trigger it drops to about 2600 didn’t know if anyone else has had this problem any info would be greatly appreciated
That is armed versus flow pressure. Normal depending on length of hose, gun, tips, reels, injectors etc…
Check high pressure seals. Thats my guess
Also check oil to see if there is water in there if so the seals are gone bad
