Previous job wants some sealing done!

Whats up guys, a previous job we did about 2 weeks ago contacted us and told us they would like to have some of the freshly clean concrete sealed! I just went to get some measurments and over the last 2 weeks theyve already started to stain the concrete again with nasty grease (pics attached) anybody have any ideas how to get these suckers up chemical wise??

Another question, what do you guys recommend as far as clear “natural look” sealer for concrete?? Ive checked my local lowes and home depot and found that “valspar storm coat” sounds like a pretty good option, its about $100 5/gal and can be applied any time the temp is 35+ degrees. Anybody have any experience with this or any other product? Looking to spray it or roll it on doesnt make much of a difference to us!

We use: http://www.eznanoseal.com/

Works great and application process is not challenging.

wow that looks impressive! i dont see a place to order the actual product though, looks like theyre just selling their service. Does it really work how te video shows?!

We order ours from KEC Supplies:

Rookie here - is sealing something a lot of pw’ers do? What’s the scoop on it? Add on? Something people really need?

I’m doing my hopefully last sealing job ever in a few weeks. Tired of the headaches and callbacks. In my experience (which is about 10 jobs) its a major headache for not that great of a return. I have to go back to a job I did earlier this year which was a 200’ X 16’ aggregate driveway and see why the sealer is already “worn off” according to the customer. I’m totally done with all sealing. Nothing but headaches for me.
