I had a job which entitled our company to power wash a brick walkway. The customer is now stating that the dirt and sand that were in between each brick was removed. She also said now that the bricks are not level because the water from the power washer moved the dirt underneath. Please help me with any thoughts of yours. I would greatly appreciate it!
Where they pavers or laid brick? Any before photos?
Understandably they sound misinformed to what pressure washing does.
Before & after photos would be helpful.
The customer is always right, especially in contracting industries, sometimes a gift-card or a check is worth the damage control… Best of luck!
Thanks for your time and response. Everything worked out and it was the wife that didn’t understand. The husband was fine with it because they looked brand new.
