Hey all thought I’d share this video on how I have this poly valve setup for down streaming. Got tired of walking in and out from the trailer to pull the soap line when needing to rinse. This way you can open the door turn the soap on or switch to another chemical and even a rinse bucket. In the video I only have a two way setup so its either pulling my mix or closed for rinsing.
If anyone else is doing something different let me know this isn’t perfect but gets the job done.

I ordered a couple dozen last month. Bad batch. Stems kept snapping. US plastics sent me 24 more from the old batch. I usually go thru about one a week between the trucks so that’s a six month supply
We are talking about a three way valve right? You burn thru one a week??
Yes. On average. But that’s between 8 machines and employees not always paying attention
Do you know if they resolved this, or would a current order from them receive the bad ones?
