Not wanting to give the customer name away, I am being tasked with quoting a commercial restaurant location. Size wise of the building, I would say you could compare it to a typical size of a Pizza Hut/Wing Street building, as they are all mostly uniform in size. The owner is asking me to quote him on the following:
power wash awnings
spot clean shoe marks on walls where needed
power wash walkways
power wash door entrances
power wash trash corral & trash apron
power wash drive-thru lane (with extra attention to the drive through window pad & wall)
Just curious a ballpark figure you guys would put this job at? I apologize for not having specific dimensions or figures.
