A client wants the trim of house cleaned and this is what I have to overcome, almost looks as if someone tried using a chemical that caused streaking. Anyone have any recommendations as to what to use to have this looking new again? All help is greatly appreciated!
Hit it with your house wash mix and then go back with some gutter grenade. wipe on, let it sit for a couple minutes, and then agitate with your brush and rinse off.

Looks to me like algae and oxidation.
Do a test with a squirt bottle or pump up sprayer. Or looks like algae/ mildew. So SH and if that doesn’t work I’d some some kind of clr cleaner well do it.
Call Eaco Chem and send them a picture. They’ll help you out. Looks like it might be some calcium runoff for birck. You can try little spot with SH, about 30-40%, let dwell about 10 min, don’t rinse yet make take 2-3 applications and if that doesn’t do it call Eaco
