True there’s a lot of factors but assuming maintenance was done how many roofs would a fat boy pump clean?
Or maybe better how many would you expect it to clean?
More than 30? 50+?
Again assume no catastrophic fail

I’ve had one clean 5 and crap out. Then I’ve had one cleaned a ton or of roofs and sprayed a bunch of caustic on concrete before it lost it’s optimum performance.
Mine has definitely paid for itself
The conventional wisdom is 50 roofs. They’re cheap and easy to replace though. Keep a spare on hand (Northern Tool has some good ones). Also the fuses, softwash gun, and relays will go bad. Keep those on hand. The battery is $60 at walmart, that’ll quit on you eventually. Best of luck!
Depends on the pump.
Electric…the average guy I sell air pumps to changes them 3-4 times/year.
Gas. Guys seem to get 1-2 years from them.
Air. Depends on the material…
Poly…probably 5-6 years. But then you can put new manifold and fluid chambers on and keep pumping.
Kynar/PVDF. I just rebuilt a 1/2" Kynar Wilden a few months ago. It was build in 1997.
New diaphragms, new air end. Pump worked great and is out cleaning every day for one of my clients.
